Honestly from going from runn...That is so awesome!! Honestly from going from running on the street/sidewalk/track to treadmill really does help when getting frustrated. I have the same problem with regulating myself. When I first started running 3 yrs ago I started really slow on the treadmill and worked my way up. Once I could do 3 miles straight on the TM I went out to the street...it really is much harder on your body. You are doing a great job by sticking with it and making those choices on small step at a time and seeing great results.
